Being Led Before Leading

Written By Sem Schaap

Rita Springer is one of the most gifted worship leaders to arise over the last fifteen years.

Making Christ famous through the art, act and physical sound of our worship is Rita’s anthem and her deepest desire is to see this arise in the body of Christ.

“When’s the last time you’ve asked the Holy Spirit to come into the room?” is one of the questions Rita poses to people in ministry. She also speaks on distractions that lead to desensitization creep, the difference between hope differed and broken hearted, and making sure you being led throughout the week before leading on Sunday.

We are so excited to have her wisdom and leadership at MT Conference this year!
